SHUHEI NAKAHARA
Career Background
After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, I worked for about 10 years in production management, quality control, and factory management of apparel products in China, Myanmar, Vietnam, the UK, and Cambodia. I have managed a wide range of products, including slacks, jackets, men’s clothing, women’s clothing, and corporate uniforms.
I will utilize the communication skills and management abilities cultivated overseas to support companies aiming to expand abroad and foreign companies entering Japan.
Additionally, I will disseminate information about overseas news and apparel clothing through a blog, targeting both domestic and international audiences.
In 2024, I will relocate to Fukuoka and actively engage in various activities! I hope to find like-minded individuals who share the same goals through interacting with many people.
Greeting
I believe in creating an environment where Japan can engage more with the world. Having lived and worked in five countries, I have gained valuable experiences and knowledge through interacting with various cultures and many people. Until now, Japan, being an island nation with a substantial domestic market, has managed to sustain its economy internally. However, moving forward, I think it’s necessary to approach the growing markets of Southeast Asian countries, as well as China and Western countries. Japanese products are highly regarded overseas, and the impression of Japanese people is also positive. Nonetheless, it’s a pity that, as an island nation, we tend to be insular and underutilize foreign languages. I am committed to being a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world and will continue to work hard every day.
